Products and Services

At the service of our customers

TotalEnergies LNG Services France offers its customers a range of combined services enabling them to access gas markets in France and Europe and supply the end consumers.

Combined services

The subscription of capacity at the FSRU Le Havre, formalized by the signing of a terminal access contract, gives access to the following combined services:

  • reservation of LNG unloading windows delivered by LNG carriers;
  • reception of pre-approved LNG tankers,with a capacity between 138,000 and 180,000 m3
  • berthing and mooring of LNG carriers along the FSRU;
  • transfer of LNG from LNG tankers to FSRU tanks;
  • temporary storage of LNG in FSRU tanks with a gross storage capacity of approximately 145,000 m3.
  • regasification capacities with a maximum flow rate of around 155 GWh/day;
  • metering of the flow of natural gas injected into the transmission network;
  • injection of natural gas into the transmission system at the required pressure. For this purpose, the customer subscribes to natural gas transmission capacities with the network operator GRTgaz.

The gas emission profile on the transmission network is established by TotalEnergies  LNG Services France, operator of the terminal, according to the LNG delivery program & the available capacity on the transmission network operated by GRTgaz. It ensures the regasification of each LNG cargo in an optimal way.

Additional services

In addition to the combined services, TotalEnergies LNG Services France remains available and attentive to its customers to study any request for additional services. Its operational and commercial feasibility will be assessed taking into account TotalEnergies LNG Services France's existing commitments to all its customers who have subscribed to capacity in the terminal, the terminal's operating requirements and the applicable regulatory framework.

Customers are invited to contact their usual contact within the commercial department of TotalEnergies LNG Services France or to send a message using the following address: [email protected] and specifying the subject of their request in an explicit way.

Secondary market

TotalEnergies LNG Services France allows its customers who have subscribed capacity to transfer part of their rights and obligations to a third party on the secondary market. The objective is to maximize the use of the  terminal's capacities for the benefit of French and European consumers. Marketing is done within a clear and transparent framework for all the concerned parties and will be materialized by the signing of a new terminal access contract or an amendment to the contract.
The secondary market includes, in particular (non-exhaustive list):

  • the transfer of capacity between customers who have subscribed capacity  ;
  • the selling of unused capacity by a customer to others market players ("Use It Or Lose It" or "UIOLI" principle).

Transparency and non-discrimination

TotalEnergies LNG Services France is a dedicated company to the development, management and operation of floating terminal in Le Havre. As a gas infrastructure manager, TELSF is required to respect the principles of transparency and non-discrimination in the management of relations with its customers in accordance with the requirements of the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie (CRE). This principle ensures fair access to the terminal for all market players.
